The photographs you use in your listings online are the largest single factor a buyer will use when determining what homes they want to see, and which Realtor they call. If you believe the saying “A picture is worth a thousand words” what are poor quality pictures saying about your listing?
On all shoots I use a Canon digital SLR camera, with super-wide angle lens (10mm), external flash, and tri-pod. More samples from recent photo shoot
I have a basic plan where I take 20 pictures of the home, both interior, and exterior. This is perfect for you to take advantage of the increased number of pictures (16) you can upload to MLS. With my premium plan I take between 20 – 40 pictures, and works great when using a virtual tour. Pricing for all services is on the pricing page
Virtual Tours
At this time I don’t provide my own virtual tour software. Many Realtors have companies they use for virtual tour software such as tour factory. If you don’t have a company for virtual tours, I can recommend two companies that provide a quality product and charge on a per tour basis. Each one charges $10.00 per tour. More information can be found their respective company websites. Links are provided for your convenience. PFRE Tour and Build a Tour
